Optional categories (only with your consent)

• Analytics — help us understand page views, referrers, devices, session timing, and form completion. Off until you opt in.
• Marketing — measure campaigns, UTM attribution, and CRM correlation. Off until you opt in.
• Functional preferences — remember optional form or display choices. Off until you opt in unless the preference is required for a service you requested.

Third-party tools and data sales

The GoPipelinePro external-tracking script combines page analytics, campaign attribution, a one-day tracking session cookie or session-storage fallback, and visible DOM-form capture. Because it cannot disable form capture, DRApartmentFinder loads it only for anonymous visitors, after both Analytics and Marketing consent, and only on an explicit allowlist of public marketing pages. Approved forms are the public rental-search and newsletter forms. A hard document boundary prevents it from remaining active on property, auth, account, dashboard, application, messaging, verification, and upload routes. It does not load after Reject Non-Essential or a single-category choice. We do not use cookies to sell personal information.

Managing your preferences

The consent banner appears on your first visit and again whenever this policy's version changes. Choose Accept All, Reject Non-Essential, or Customize. To change your mind later, select Cookie preferences in the footer. Withdrawing either optional category clears the known tracking session data and reloads the document so the tracker is no longer active.
