Apply for an affiliate link

Creators, relocation professionals, community groups, and complementary Dominican Republic businesses can request a tracked affiliate link by emailing support@drapartmentfinder.com with their name, audience, website or social profile, and intended promotion method. Approval is required before a link or commission arrangement becomes active.

Required disclosure

Affiliates must clearly state near every link that they may receive compensation if a visitor signs up or purchases an eligible professional service. Disclosures must be easy to notice, use plain language, and appear before or next to the link — never hidden in a profile or long terms page.

Tracking and privacy

A referral link may contain an affiliate identifier. Any optional conversion or campaign cookie is used only after the visitor gives the matching cookie consent. Affiliates never receive renter inquiries, application documents, account passwords, or other private marketplace data.

Program rules

No misleading claims, fake listings, spam, trademark bidding, cookie stuffing, self-referrals, or incentives that were not approved in writing.
Affiliates may not imply they are DRApartmentFinder.com, Elevate Concierge, or an authorized real estate representative.
Commission eligibility, attribution windows, payment timing, and tax documentation are defined in the written offer supplied after approval.
We may suspend or end an affiliate relationship for fraud, nondisclosure, policy violations, or reputational and legal risk.
