Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applies to paid lister services (subscriptions and promotions) and to tour appointments. Renters never pay us, so nothing here charges renters.

Subscriptions

Cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period, then does not renew.
Within 7 days of a first purchase, unused subscriptions are refunded in full on request.
After 7 days, periods already started are non-refundable except where required by law or when a verified platform outage prevented use for 72+ consecutive hours (pro-rated credit or refund).

Listing promotions (featured placements, boosts)

Refundable in full if canceled before the promotion starts.
Once live, promotions are non-refundable; if we remove your listing for a rules violation, the promotion is forfeited.
If a platform error prevents a purchased promotion from displaying, we re-run it or refund it — your choice.

Tour cancellations

Tours are free. Cancel or reschedule from your dashboard as early as possible — repeated no-shows may limit tour privileges. Listers who cancel confirmed tours repeatedly may lose verification badges.

Rental payments

Rent, deposits, and commissions are paid directly between renter and lister and are outside this policy and our control. Put every payment term in the written lease.
