What we charge for — and what we don't
The only payments processed by DR Apartment Finders are lister services: subscription plans and listing promotions. We do not process rent, security deposits, or agent commissions, and no one from our team will ever ask you to wire money.
Accepted methods
Paid plans use the external checkout linked from the pricing page. The checkout provider displays the accepted payment methods and final USD charge. Card data never touches DRApartmentFinder servers. Use the same email as your website account so administrators can match the transaction.
Failed payments and late fees
We do not charge late fees. Paid access activates only after an administrator verifies a completed external payment. If a renewal or payment cannot be verified, paid features remain paused; contact support with the provider transaction reference.
Chargebacks
Contact support@drapartmentfinder.com before disputing a charge — most issues resolve faster than a bank dispute. Chargebacks filed on legitimate charges may suspend paid features while the dispute is open; fraudulent chargebacks lead to account termination.
Deposits between renters and listers
Deposits belong in the written lease, paid with a traceable method and a signed receipt. Follow the Safety Center checklist before handing over any money.
