Acceptable Use & Account Policy
One agreement covering your account, your password, and what you may not do on the platform.

Your account
- You must be 18 or older. One account per person; agencies manage team members through agency accounts.
- Keep your contact email current — it's how we verify identity for privacy requests and recover access.
- You are responsible for everything done with your credentials. Notify tech@drapartmentfinder.com immediately if you suspect compromise.
Passwords
- Minimum 10 characters with mixed characters, enforced at registration.
- Stored only as bcrypt hashes — we cannot see your password and will never ask for it by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- Don't reuse passwords from other sites; a password manager is the practical fix.
Prohibited conduct
- Fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate listings; listings you are not authorized to offer.
- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive messages toward any user.
- Scraping, bulk data collection, automated account creation, or probing our security.
- Circumventing the platform to avoid safety protections (e.g., requesting off-platform payments before a lease exists).
- Uploading malware, others' personal data without authority, or unlawful content.
Enforcement
Violations lead to content removal, listing rejection, feature limits, suspension, or termination, depending on severity — with evidence preserved for authorities where fraud is involved. Appeals: complaints process below.
