Is DRApartmentFinder free for renters?
Yes. Searching, saving, contacting listers, touring, and applying are free for renters.
What do the verification badges mean?
Identity Verified means our team reviewed a government ID. Professional Verified covers real estate credentials. Property Verified means ownership or management authority was documented for that listing.
Can I pay rent through the platform?
Not yet. Never send money to anyone before confirming the property and the identity of the person receiving payment — read the Safety center first.
How do I list my property?
Create a free owner account, then use the listing wizard. Listings are reviewed by our moderation team before going live.
In which currencies are prices shown?
Listers set prices in Dominican pesos (RD$) or US dollars. Converted amounts are always labeled as estimates with the exchange-rate date.
