Agencies and business partners that process renter personal data received through DR Apartment Finders act as independent controllers of that data once delivered, and must protect it at least as strictly as our Privacy Policy does: use it only for the rental relationship, no resale or unrelated marketing without separate consent, delete it when no longer needed, and notify us of any breach within 72 hours.
B2B customers requiring a signed DPA (including GDPR Art. 28 terms and sub-processor lists covering our hosting, storage, email, hosted payment provider, and connected CRM) can request one at support@drapartmentfinder.com.
